About Chef Joel-
Joel has spent the last 11 years as Executive Chef and Director of Operations of Tacodeli. He has been cooking in Texas kitchens for over 25 years alongside talented chefs and line cooks from Mexico, South America, and Austin punk rock bands. He is now embarking on a lifelong dream of opening his own restaurant, The Eldorado Cafe. Joel’s menu is inspired by and dedicated to the many cooks who took the time to teach him something new.

Reservations are Non-refundable. However once a seat is purchased, it can be transferred to another person for the same supper. If you arrange for someone to take your seat, please let us know so that we can update the name on your place setting.
