It was lovely to have guest chefs’ Krystal and Ian in the kitchen today. They are aspiring restauranteurs with loads of talent and impressive resumes. Krystal is a self taught chocolatier who has been creating artisan chocolates for 10 years. She owns Crave Artisan Chocolate, with clients including The Four Seasons and Jeffrey’s. Ian has been the chef for Vespaio, Lamberts and most recently as the Chef de Cuisine for Jeffreys. He is most passionate about creating contemporary Italian inspired dishes.
