2 Dine 4 Sous Chef Ben Gutcheon, a native of Connecticut, has moved throughout the U.S., grabbing culinary experiences along the way. In Vail, CO, he worked for the Two Elk Lodge and Game Creek Club. In New York City, Ben worked for the Mark Hotel. Prior to locating to Austin, he was in San Francisco, where he worked for Drew Nieporent’s Rubicon and Jeremiah Tower’s Stars. Ben is a graduate of the New England Culinary Institute.
