Rustic Italian with Guest Chef John Bullington 4.24.13
Guest Chef John Bullington created a delicious rustic Italian menu for our latest Supper Friends. John rose to prominence in Austin while working as executive chef and partner for Mars Restaurant where he combined Pacific Rim, Indian, and North African cuisine. In 2004 he left Mars to become the executive chef at The Alamo Drafthouse’s flagship store on North Lamar. There he created custom menus for over 150 movies.
