Supper Friends 7.14.15: Bastille Day Supper


Chef Happy created a French Feast in honor of Bastille Day. Bastille Day is celebrated on July 14th and honors the day that the French people stormed The Bastille, and began the French Revolution that created a representative government. Supper Friends celebrated with a traditional French menu of fresh, summertime treats. The meal kicked off with an amuse bouche of beef tartar in a Gruyere cup, and was punctuated with a intermisso of pallet cleansing lemon-honey sorbet.
