Exectuive Chef Sean O’Leary

A graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education in New York, O’Leary brings a wealth of experience in the kitchen, most recently at Austin’s La V where he was the Executive Chef.  Before his tenure at LaV, he worked at both the Four Seasons and the W Hotel as well as a personal chef for select clients. Prior to moving to Austin he learned his craft in the kitchens at Del Posto under Executive Chef Mark Ladner and Mario Batali’s Lupa in New York City.

General Manager and former Executive Chef of 2 Dine 4 Fine Catering, Ricky Olmedo, began cooking at an early age, helping his mother put out meals for his 5 brothers and 2 sisters. In his teens he took up baking, as well as learning southern cooking from his mother and Salvadorean food from his father. In college, he began to work for a caterer and he was hooked.

After graduating from college, Ricky moved to Austin where he has worked in several restaurants, then got into the Austin catering scene working for the top caterers, landing at 2 Dine 4 as the Executive Chef 2001. He has gone away and come back, having spent 9 out of 15 years at 2 Dine 4. His food style is best described as casual comfort, no fuss, but all good.

Reservations are Non-refundable. However once a seat is purchased, it can be transferred to another person for the same supper. If you arrange for someone to take your seat, please let us know so that we can update the name on your place setting.
