Scot was born and raised in the great state of Texas. He graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. Serving in various roles as a Seafood Manager, Personal Chef, Culinary Instructor, Butcher, Caterer, Sous Chef, General Manager, and Executive Chef has allowed Scot to build an array of culinary knowledge. His years of experience have taken him to many respected culinary gems of Austin such as Kerbey Lane, Central Market, Quality Seafood and of course Sawyer & Co. Working for a Cajun inspired chef, his many trips to New Orleans, as well as the food and culture of Louisiana has inspired Scot’s love for Cajun Cuisine!

Reservations are Non-refundable. However once a seat is purchased, it can be transferred to another person for the same supper. If you arrange for someone to take your seat, please let us know so that we can update the name on your place setting.
