About the Chef- William Nikkel, Guest Chef at Swoop House has built his career by bringing obsessive attention to the smallest details. Understanding that perfection is unattainable but always worth striving towards. This constant attention to design was an asset in William’s career at Apple Inc. where he was a pastry sous-chef for 8 years. William left his position to pursue a career in sustainable agriculture and hospitality. Hoping to open his own sustainable bed & breakfast in the coming years. He currently oversees several gardens and permaculture projects across Austin including some at Swoop House.

Reservations are Non-refundable. However once a seat is purchased, it can be transferred to another person for the same supper. If you arrange for someone to take your seat, please let us know so that we can update the name on your place setting.
