About the Chef:
Chef Happy Abdelbaki fell for cooking after reading a book on science as a kid. The science book was describing leavening, and his first thought was to jump into the kitchen and create a great pancake. Happy was hooked. He grew up in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and worked with amazing mentors when entering the food world – Jamie Shannon (then the executive chef of Commander’s Palace), who taught Happy about quality, Susan Spicer, who taught him the importance of beauty on the plate, and Emeril Lagasse, who taught Happy about the business of food. Happy is the man behind the recipes of Sawyer & Co. restaurant in East Austin.

Reservations are Non-refundable. However once a seat is purchased, it can be transferred to another person for the same supper. If you arrange for someone to take your seat, please let us know so that we can update the name on your place setting.
