Chef Todd2About Chef Todd Walline:  I was born in Kansas City where both my father and grandfather worked as chefs. We then moved to Atlanta Georgia where my father was the chef of the Lick Skillet Farm Restaurant. This is where I first got my taste of the restaurant business. We then lived in St. Louis for 3 years and then back to Kansas City. I would spend my summers helping my grandfather in his Italian restaurants and learned pastries from my grandmother.

I am the Executive Chef and Director of Food and Beverage at Blue Hills Country Club and will celebrated my 17th year in November of 2013. We are one of the oldest private clubs in Kansas City. I am a certified executive chef through the American culinary federation. I am an Adjunct Associate Professor of Culinary Arts at Johnson County Community College . Assistant Coach of the JCCC Jr. Culinary Team and a member of the 2016 Midwest Culinary Olympic Team. I have won 2 gold 5 silver and 2 bronze medals in national competitions.

Reservations are Non-refundable. However once a seat is purchased, it can be transferred to another person for the same supper. If you arrange for someone to take your seat, please let us know so that we can update the name on your place setting.
