Chef Claudia Vital is known around the 2 Dine 4 kitchen as the master of all things Mexican. She spent many years traveling all across her home country mastering the specialties of each region. For this Valentine’s weekend she created a menu that was perfect for the holiday. Her mole rosa was a beautiful and appropriate pink created by the use of pink pine nuts and she cut her beets into hearts for the arugula salad. Her meal was full of decadence and showcased her cooking flare and her love of sharing traditional Mexican cuisine with our diners.
