Exectuive Chef Sean O’Leary
A graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education in New York, O’Leary brings a wealth of experience in the kitchen, most recently at Austin’s La V where he was the Executive Chef. Before his tenure at LaV, he worked at both the Four Seasons and the W Hotel as well as a personal chef for select clients. Prior to moving to Austin he learned his craft in the kitchens at Del Posto under Executive Chef Mark Ladner and Mario Batali’s Lupa in New York City.
