Chef Todd Walline was born in Kansas City where both his father and grandfather worked as chefs. He then moved to Atlanta Georgia where his father was the chef of the Lick Skillet Farm Restaurant. This is where Chef Todd first got a taste of the restaurant business. The Walline family then lived in St. Louis for 3 years and then back to Kansas City where he would spend summers helping his grandfather in his Italian restaurants and learning pastries from his grandmother.
Currently the Executive Chef and Director of Food and Beverage at Blue Hills Country Club, Chef Todd celebrated his 19th year in November at what is one of the oldest private clubs in Kansas City. A certified executive chef through the American culinary federation, an Adjunct Associate Professor of Culinary Arts at Johnson County Community College, Assistant Coach of the JCCC Jr. Culinary Team and a member of the 2016 Midwest Culinary Olympic Team. Chef Todd has won 2 gold 5 silver and 2 bronze medals in national competitions.
