Chef Brendan hails from Phoenix & moved to Austin 9 years ago.  Upon his arrival he began working with some of the most successful hospitality groups in town including Hai Hospitality (Uchi/Uchiko), New Waterloo & SMGB Group.  Brendan is currently a key member of SMGBls Old Thousand kitchen team.

With two years and hundreds of hours in the test kitchen, Brendan is now poised to launch Austin Tortilla Company where “Its All About the Tortilla”.

Reservations are Non-refundable. However once a seat is purchased, it can be transferred to another person for the same supper. If you arrange for someone to take your seat, please let us know so that we can update the name on your place setting.
