About Our Chef

Michael_Murr_crop

Chef Michael Murr fell in love with cuisine from an early age in his hometown of Lafayette, Louisiana where that love was nurtured in a family who had blue crab traps in the backyard bayou and a garden where dreams come true.  With a chef for a grandfather, it was commonplace to have seasonal farm-to-table cuisine year around.  Using only local fare was a way of life.
Even from an early age, there was no confusion as to what he was going to be.  After working in many local restaurants he decided to attend Johnson & Wales Culinary University to master his craft.  Years later he also attended C.I.A. for their Culinary Master Works program.
Over his career he has cooked for the German Equestrian Team in the 1996 Olympics, George Bush Sr., and Jacques Pépin.  He has served as Executive Chef at Drayton Place, Quatorze French Bistro, and Hickory Wind Ranch.  With more than 25 years of experience in culinary arts, Chef Michael enjoys blending his French and Spanish techniques with Americana classics to create a fusion full of Southern swagger.

Menu priced at $55 per person (Tax & 20% Gratuity added at Register)
Doors & hors d’oeuvres at 7pm
Courses served at 7:45pm

Seating is limited! The amount of seats in the drop down window below are the TOTAL amount of seats left for the supper. Please make sure that we have availability for your entire party before booking!
Reservations are Non-refundable. However once a seat is purchased, it can be transferred to another person for the same supper. If you arrange for someone to take your seat, please let us know so that we can update the name on your place setting.
